COMPR terms of use

The service
COMPR – Find It Cheaper helps identify the product you are viewing and searches for sufficiently reliable cheaper offers for the same product and relevant variant. Coverage is not complete and COMPR may return no reliable match. Always verify the retailer, product, variant, availability, delivery and final price before buying.
Checks and plans
A new account receives 5 introductory successful checks in total. There is no recurring free monthly allowance. A check counts only after COMPR displays a confirmed reliable result. No-reliable-match outcomes, errors, timeouts and cancelled checks do not consume a check.
After the introductory checks, you can buy extra checks once or subscribe. One-time packs contain 5 checks for €1.99, 15 checks for €4.99 or 30 checks for €6.99. Purchased checks do not expire. When more than one balance is available, COMPR uses subscription checks first, then purchased checks, then introductory checks.
Apple purchases and subscriptions
In the planned App Store release, extra checks are consumable in-app purchases through Apple. Pro and Ultimate will be available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Pro includes 15 successful checks per subscription month and Ultimate includes 50. The App Store shows the current local price and billing period before purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel a subscription through the applicable Apple Account and App Store controls. Use Restore purchases in COMPR for eligible restorable purchases. Requests for refunds are handled under Apple's applicable App Store process and rules.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account and device secure. You may not automate account creation or searches, evade quotas or safety limits, interfere with the service, scrape or resell access, or use COMPR unlawfully.
Account deletion
The account screen provides a deletion flow with explicit confirmation. Deleting a COMPR account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it separately in your Apple Account. Apple sign-in authorization is revoked as part of deletion where required. COMPR reports success only after the server confirms completion; contact support if deletion cannot be completed.
Availability and responsibility
COMPR is a comparison aid and does not sell retailer products or form part of the retailer purchase contract. The service may be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
