Search result issue
Include the retailer URL, the product you expected and a screenshot. Never send passwords, sign-in links, payment-card details or private API keys.
Founding Access
Joining the Pro or Ultimate interest list is free and non-binding. It does not create an order, collect payment details or reserve one of the first 1,000 discounted activations.
Clear saved products
Use Clear all on the comparison page. Signing out does not automatically remove products stored locally in that browser.
Account deletion
While signed in, select Delete account in COMPR. You must type DELETE and accept a final confirmation before anything is removed. After the server confirms permanent deletion, COMPR clears its local saved products, preferences and session data. If any step fails, COMPR does not report complete success. You can also email support from the address connected to your account for deletion assistance.
